Bula! Britt and me arrived in Fiji a couple of hours ago and just headed to bed as it is a bit of a time difference here and we are very exhausted. Our trip started spontaneously and early around 8:30 in Brisbane. After a nice and quick 3 hours flight from Bris to Nadi with Fiji Airways, our day started to turn into a nightmare, more or less, haha. We got stuck at customs for such a long time, missed our helicopter ride to Castaway Island and ended up staying at the main land with no accommodation. Thanks to Flight Center Australia and our amazing travel agent Francesca Laspina, who arranged a nice place to stay at the Hilton Resort, our evening got a better and finally went from negative to positive as we headed to dinner and had heaps of food. Can’t wait to wake up tomorrow and share our wonderful view with you guys on Snapchat (tatjanamariposa) and Instagram!
