Today I have been planning some appointments and organizing new things for the upcoming week and did a lot of office stuff as the weather was very rainy, kind of depressing and grey. I also took some time to shoot some of my current favorite beauty products for you – hope you’ll enjoy them as much as I do.
Starting with something delicious: Bottega Veneta Knot – I usually prefer jasmine scented perfumes, but this new BV fall fragrance had me at a first smell. It kind of makes me feel all elegant. (but do not mistake it with the heavy note of a Chanel No 5) It includes notes of mandarin, lime, orange blossom, lavender, rose, peony, musk, tonka bean. I simply love it ATM.
I think we all know FRANK by now, since it (or should I say „he“) has been all over Instagram for the past few months. Girls taking pictures of their bodies all covered in coffee scrub and people being like „what the hell is that?!“. I was one of those wondering about this weird stuff, that’s why I had to try it. It has become one of my all-time favorite skincare products – seriously loving it! FRANK is packed with sweet almond oil, orange essence, vitamins and minerals to target dry skin, stretch marks, cellulite and has so much more to offer.
LA ROCHE POSAY Thermal Spring Water is perfect for daily use. It kind of soothes and softens sensitive skin (but is suitable for any skin type). I started using it to set my make-up and I am crazy about this product. After applying it, my face feels so refreshed, clean and moistened. It contains no additives, which is a huge plus!
I never apply my foundation without treating my face with a primer first. And since you already know that I’m a big fan of Smashbox Photo Finish, it is obvious that I picked one of those as my must-have. This time I decided to try „Blemish Control“ as my skin tends to be oily during the day, and yes I do have breakouts as well, especially when having a lot of stress so I was really curious if this product worked or not. After using it for 5 weeks now (I’ve been only applying it on my T-zone) I could really tell a difference. I like!
I have already told you a few times about RINGANA. It is 100% natural, 100% vegan and contains 100% active components. That’s why I went one step further and started using the Beauty and Hair caps as well (which, by the way, smell and taste like yummy berries). The caps support my hair, skin and nails and I am more than excited to tell you much more about this product in a separate RINGANA post.
TOM FORD Nude Vanilla (12) is my personal PERFECT NUDE SHADE. Seriously! It has a satin finish but still looks pretty matte on my lips. It smells and tastes absolutely nice and what I like the most is that it actually stays on my lips for so long. I’m usually one of MAC’s biggest fans but nothing beats this Tom Ford shade. This product is really really worth the price.

Eine Frage: Benutzt du die Tanning Mousse auch für das Gesicht? Wenn ja, was sind deine Tricks für ein fleckenfreies Auftragen?

Ab und zu verwende ich es auch im Gesicht. Du musst vorher aber umbedingt ein Peeling machen! Im Gesicht würd ich das Mousse wirklich nur ganz leicht auftragen und auch nur an gewissen Stellen (Stirn, Nase, Wangen, Hals) mit einem Applikator oder Schwämmchen.
Du wirst merken, dass die Farbe relativ schnell durch die tägliche Gesichtsreinigung verschwindet. Einen Versuch ist’s aber wert :-)
Wenn du aber mehr Farbe im Gesicht möchtest, benutze als Alternative lieber den MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Bronzer (ich verwende die Farbe Medium Dark).
